Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original MADMIA packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
